FAQs

How many treatments do I need?

This is a hard question to answer prior to an appointment as it depends on the condition and the person.  When I see you for an initial appointment, I will discuss a treatment plan with you.   Alternatively, you can book in a discovery call with me and we can discuss over the phone.

How should I prepare before and after a treatment?

It is best to wear loose clothing for an appointment.  I would also advise that you are well hydrated and have eaten something.

How much does it cost and health insurance coverage?

Initial appointments are £70 and follow ups £60.   That includes the use of other treatments including moxa, gua sha, cupping and electro acupuncture.

As a member of the British Acupuncture Council I am covered by many health insurance companies including AXA, Vitality, Aviva and WPA

How do I pay for a treatment?

Card payment at the time of the appointment
